The gap* workers have always been professional, friendly, approachable and caring and all of the user feedback I have received about them has been positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending the gap* and look forward to continuing the excellent working relationship with them over the coming 12 months.

We were put in contact with GAP via extended schools. Our Youth Worker arrived- enthusiastic and obviously dedicated to young people and encouraging positive experience. He primarily worked with X and Y and the intervention has proven successful for both students. Both are still at school. Attendance has improved and attitude is more positive. They have both come to see that they can succeed. Both feel they are more valued than they believed they were. Both really value the intervention and value the youth worker who they feel helped them through some very difficult times.

This is a great initiative which will give Sutton’s young people further support and advice. I wish The Gap project every success for the future
Andrew Mitchell MP for Sutton Coldfield
The Gap provide an invaluable service to young people. They know and care deeply for the young people they mentor, and pupils come away from sessions glowing with the knowledge that they are cared for in this way. Charlie and the team give their time generously to whoever needs them, and have built up a great rapport with many of our students. In reaching out across the gap, helping the most vulnerable members of our community, they are doing God's work.
