On every newspage and magazine you will find at least 1 article that talks about young people either in a negative light or in an attempt to highlight the lack of provision, direction or support that young people now get.
We are told that Britain has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in Europe and also has the highest number of underage drinkers in Europe. We are reminded constantly that boys are growing up without a father or have multiple fathers without establishing a bond.
We know that each young person has potential no matter what they have been told by parents, schools, police or other authorities.
