When we meet young people we are looking to identify the needs that they have.
Our workers then write the need down on our "Identify Cards" which are then passed onto the investment team of the gap* who will contact the young person and / or parent (depending on the need) to offer to invest in that need if we currently can provide for it.
If we currently do not provide a service we will look to link young people with other organisations who can
