STARBUCKS INDUCTION TRAINING
Working with the manager at Starbucks Coffee in Sutton Coldfield, we have developed an opportunity for young people to be put through a mock induction process in order to help prepare young people who are currently not in education or employment for the workplace environment.
The process would is run over a period of 2 - 3 weeks and you would go through the following employment process:
- Entering the premises to request an application form
- Filling in the application form and completing a CV by the deadline given
- Telephone Interview and feedback
- Face to face interview and feedback
- Half day induction morning explaining the process of employment within Starbucks coffee
- the core values of the company and also the high value that Starbucks places on its staff by treating them as partners within the business.
**Please note that this process won’t make you an employee of Starbucks coffee, but is setup to give real life experience of what it would be like to go through induction in a professional business environment.
