The gap* Studios is a new venue based in Sutton Coldfield set up to record and showcase up and coming young talent.
We want to be able to offer all young people the opportunity to have access to "Professional Recording Studio" standard recording without the massive expense that goes with it (this can be anything up to £500 per hour + !!!). So how much do we charge?....
The gap* Studios is a fully equipped, state of the art, professional standard Apple Mac PRO TOOLS 7.4le Recording Studio. This enables us to record both studio vocals and "live groups and bands" so if you are a 1 person singer/rapper/poet or even have a guitar and want to sing along, or you are in a full band line up with, Drums, Bass, Keyboards, Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar and lead vocals and backing singers we can manage it. and record it at The gap* Studios. You will need to supply your own instruments or backing tracks and will do our best to make you sound amazing. Please remember if you want to record something being really well rehearsed and as tight as you can get it will make the recording much easier for you and the finished mix sound much better

We will always aim to get the mixed session back to you within 14 days allowing for holidays.

Each session is FREE. Yes you read that right to use the gap* Studios is FREE!

Recording your song(s) or track
Taking a Photo in the studio
Video of your session
Feedback, hints and tips
Professional Mixing of the track(s) on Pro Tools
Producing CD/MP3
Promoting your music (if its clean!) on our studio myspace
